Reservation Changes & Cancellations at The Farm House Nashville
We kindly ask that you notify The Farm House of any cancellations or changes to your reservation as early as possible so we can best accommodate all guests.
Groups of 9 or More – Please call us at (615) 522-0688 or visit our Group Dining Page to complete the inquiry form. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
Deposit Policy – For groups of 6 or more, we require a $15 per person deposit to secure your table. This deposit will only be charged if your party does not arrive for the reservation.
Online Cancellations – Reservations made through OpenTable can be modified or cancelled online up to 24 hours before your booking.
